I've said it before: a business defines itself by how it treats its customers when things don't go to plan; stuff does happen. A business isn't just a building or facility, it's an amalgam of individuals working towards the same goal. And really good businesses are propelled by really good people who actually put the customer at the centre of the decisions they make, and the processes they establish. At Lamb Ford, some of those really good people showed their character when things went slightly off-plan for me. Assistant GM (Dean Threinen), Sales Associate (Aaron Brown), and Assistant Service Manager (Dale Curry) worked together to ensure I felt well-cared-for and valued. Great to see a business with solid character that really "gets it".
