"2nd experience here buying a vehicle here. I reached out to the saleman about a saftey concern on my new to me vehicle that was not working. Asst. GM Dean reached out , he showed a genuine commitment to making things right, even though the issue ultimately got resolved without their direct involvement. I appreciate their willingness to try correct and fix the situation and ease my mind. The efforts with communication and the efforts that would have been required to get this fixed had it not worked out, were really above and beyond. Will happily return and recommend.

"Absolutely amazing sales and service!! I purchased an escape here in 2020 and it just wasn’t meeting my expectations and it was Matt at the time who helped me get into my explorer after only 1 year with affordable payments. I’ve loved this car ever since, but I moved away from camrose so was getting regular maintenance done elsewhere and unfortunately there was an incident. The entire team at Lamb Ford were amazing at giving advice, helping me figure out my next steps and just being empathetic to my situation. I spoke with Kyle in sales, who was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. There was another gentleman whom I didn’t get his name unfortunately, but when I asked if someone could call me back to answer some questions he gave me his advice right there on the spot. Even though I said my requests was not a rush, they still treated me like a priority. Truly have never had a bad experience here, and truthfully it’s still a place I recommend even living 2 hours away. When the time comes to upgrade I’ll definitely be making the drive!

"UPDATE ON MY UPDATE—so, after some back and forth, and even a phone call to Ford head office to speak with Customer Care (and basically being told my SUV VIN does not fall in their criteria) I left my issue in the very capable hands of Lyle (service manager and Dean, sales manager) and these two, I feel, went above and beyond. I ended up buying a brand new Ford Bronco from Lamb and am so looking forward to many more years of being treated like I mattered. I appreciate their kindness towards my situation and the respect they gave me. So, because of the people at LAMB FORD, I am changing the one star review because they deserve a five star😊😊 UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW—After working with Lyle (service manager at LambFord) we basically came to an agreement on getting my SUV fixed, with help from Lamb. Without any help from FORD, both Lyle and Dean (sales manager) are both trying their best to help me. I am going to contact CUSTOMER CARE at Ford on Monday and give them a piece of my mind. They need to step up when they know there is issues with their product. I will be changing my star review when this matter is all settled. I own a 2017 Ford Escape—original owner—and I find out there is a bulletin out on this vehicle for the head gasket having to be replaced because of the way Ford installed the 4th cylinder. I was quoted $6600 to get Ford to fix it! I took it up with the service manager at Lamb Ford as this is a FORD issue right off the assembly line. Lamb will do nothing to help!! I got no notice on this at all. My vehicle has less than 140,000 ks on it and is always taken well care of. Lyle (service manager) said he would get Ford to help and now he is saying because my vehicle is supposedly 9 years since it was built not 7 years, they wont do anything. Even the bulletin says these vehicles built from May 16, 2016 to 2019 and mine was built June 1, 2016 are covered for this head gasket issue, but LAMB FORD still wont help. My vehicle has always been serviced by Ford. I have been a loyal customer of Ford but that doesnt seem to matter to LAMBFORD. This is not right and I am not the only customer who has the same issue with their Escape. I want LAMBFORD to step up and be responsible towards their customers.
